is an educational programme for highly talented young musicians between 18 and 26 years of age. To guarantee the efficacy of such an educational programme, one responsive to the needs of the future, we must first secure our own future, that of the earth's environment. This is why the orchestra actively promotes since its premiere:

  • support of sustainable energy

  • tree planting

  • installation of a photovoltaic system like on the roof of the Beethovenhalle

  • the use of the latest multimedia technology

  • ecological food during the events - also in the hotels and at receptions

  • use of public transport exclusively

  • sustainable prodcuts like ecologically produced clothing

Motto: supporting young talented people only makes sense if there is a future!

CARING FOR OUR FUTURE is the extra step ´which everybody should take within our own networks to actively create and secure our future. Every single contribution is important for the betterment.
